My Journey.

Hi, I’m Anna, and all my life I have been shaped by the desire to follow my heart and help people.

Today it is my personal mission to support mothers in being the mom they want to be with all their hearts, the best mom version of themselves, so to speak.

Wow, I’m going to be A mom!

The greatest change of my life was becoming a mother. I was instantly in love with this tiny miracle and so in love with caring for him. At the same time, I was challenged like never before - sleep deprivation, lulling to sleep, all but a few hours of the day spent breastfeeding, paired with practically no time to myself.

I was happy when I could take a quick shower! I can remember there were days when I had the baby lying on my chest when my husband left the house in the morning and when he came back in the afternoon, the baby and I were still right there.

And when the baby was asleep, of course, I wanted to be able to relax at the push of a button, but I just couldn’t sleep with all the thoughts buzzing through my head- I still needed to cook, do laundry, clean up the house, etc.

And so my journey as a relaxation therapist began

I had this inner need, a strong desire to have the tools to be able to quickly recharge my energy so that I was fully back, fit, and relaxed, Ready to be the best mom for my boys.

The first self-care tools

After my studies, by mere chance, my university of applied sciences offered the opportunity to do additional training as a relaxation therapist - it immediately felt right. And there they were, the first tools to bring me into this state of floating relaxation at the push of a button, recharging as if I were a battery!

The next transformation for my mom-existence

was getting to know mindfulness. I was instantly on fire, mindfulness lining with your child brings incredibly deep inner peace because you practice or remember to live more in the moment instead of being on autopilot, lost in the past, or caught up in thoughts of the future. An added bonus of mindfulness: my relationships began to improve! As you learn to let the judgmental thoughts pass and simply perceive more and more instead of believing the stories in your head.

So, I actually did the training to become a coach for mindfulness in coping with stress myself!

After that, I started my own business and passed on stress management in the area of prevention to everyone.

immigrating to America.

My husband and I decided to immigrate to America for personal growth and as a family adventure. A huge adventure now that there were 4 of us, the boys almost 4 & 1 years old. It was very stressful to clear out our house, organizing everything, planning, implementing, completely deconstructing our German life, and building an entirely new existence in America.

Everyone said we were crazy to immigrate with 2 young children

But there it was again in my soul, the call of my heart. We followed our hearts and lived blissfully in Michigan for two and a half years. everything turned out even better than we could have imagined.

Why?

Through all my habits and daily self-care, I was able to go all the way and be the mom I wanted to be- warm, patient, conscious, authentic, mindful - fully there for my Best (that’s what I call her). “being crazy",” relaxed and chill, our days were filled with kisses (my mom weakness- I’m glad my boys like it!) and fun.

In Jackson, Michigan I started my own business again and taught mindful stress management. A whole new world opened up for me professionally. Especially in the areas of self-growth & happiness. I was able to get to know other tools and continue my education at Yale University (the Science of Happiness) and in Massachusetts (Positivity & relaxation Training).

Meanwhile, mom of 3 boys and now back in Germany, my specific desire to coach mothers grew more and more.

It makes me happy and deeply fulfilled when I am allowed to inspire and experience how other mothers change their entire lives with their kids in a positive direction through small changes and new habits. Going from stressed, hardly real moments, exhausting everyday life to experiencing lightness, laughter, enjoying this valuable time with their children, and falling asleep at the end of the day full of inner peace.

The relationship with their partners also finding new life through connection and mindfulness. And other important relationships- with parents, friends, work colleagues, neighbors- all improving automatically. It is clear that when you are relaxed and happy, then you can be the best version of yourself and resolve conflicts in a completely different way and enjoy life to the fullest.

I’m in love with my life, my mom-existence

…because my everyday life is full of mom-flow, a lot of laughing, doing nonsense, everything is fluffy! I have a deep and special connection to each of my children, a great marriage, and fulfilling relationships with all my loved ones, friends, parents, in-laws, and neighbors. I have time for myself every day to do sports, relax, work, take care of myself and enjoy.

and you can too!
