I have 3 young children and I know exactly what it feels like to go to bed stressed, completely broken, and worst of all, with a guilty conscience that you're not enough.

Using science-based self-care and growth techniques, I want to teach you how to use mindfulness to renew your energy, be fully present with your loved ones, and fill your days with laughter and joy, going to bed at night feeling whole and balanced.

It is my passion to pass on practical tools that you can implement to live the way you actually want to be as a mom- warm, patient, mindful, light-hearted, relaxed, and fun.
